The solution doesn’t matter.

The hardest challenge for a product designer is when a product isn't doing well or not many people are using it. Andrew Verboncouer made a good point about this. (https://lnkd.in/gjGnMXyp) He said that to make a really great product, you've got to get a handle on what your customers need, the problems they're facing, what's valuable to them, how to connect with them, and of course, the costs involved. It turns out, coming up with the solution is just a tiny part of this whole big picture.
