Over the last few days, my conversations with leaders have been circling the double diamond. It's often misunderstood, but the hot take is that it's dead. Design leaders wanted to hear that too. We've come to a crossroads, pushed by the accelerant of AI. Now that things are genuinely out of control, people are open to new ways to think about these challenges.
