Empathy is an incredibly valuable product skill.

I came across Álvaro Javier Santana González’s post comparing sympathy and empathy. (https://lnkd.in/g6gvXFmK)  In design thinking circles, empathy can be thrown around quite liberally… it reminded me of an exchange I had with Shreyas Doshi.
