Yesterday, I highlighted the importance of starting a design project on the right track. But even with a strong start, the real challenge is staying aligned, as you constantly need to choose the right focus areas. The ability to drive meaningful change for users often encounters business roadblocks that can slow momentum. There is no direct line to the customer.
